|
| How
do I take items out of the shopping cart if I pick the wrong item or change
my mind? |
Go
to the shopping cart page and type 0 in the quantity for the item you want
to remove. Then click on the 'recalculate' button. |
| When
is my credit card charged? |
When
we receive your order we do the usual card checks. We do not process the
charge to your card until we ship the goods. |
| How
long does it take for delivery? |
If
we have the item in stock it will usually be shipped the next day. If there
is to be a delay beyond this we will notify you by email. You will have
the option to cancel the order if you feel the delayed delivery does not
meet your requirements. |
| Are
there any delivery charges? |
Delivery
charges are detailed after you enter your personal details but prior to
completing your order. You can still cancel your order at this stage if
you wish. The full amount of your order including freight is displayed before
you finalise the order. |
| Can
I return an item? |
Yes,
we unconditionally guarantee all our products. If you are not entirely happy
with your purchase, you may return it for any reason. You must do so within
30 days and it must be in its original condition. Please send us an email
detailing your request and we will be happy to let you know the procedure
to use. |
| Can
I order by mail or fax? |
Yes, simply print
and fill in our manual order form and mail
it or fax it to us. Do not send cash with your order. Personal, company
and bank cheques must be in Australian currency and will require to be
cleared before we can ship your goods. You can use your credit card to
order by fax or post.
|
| I
am not in Australia, can I still make a purchase? |
Yes,
we accept orders and deliver anywhere in the world. |
| Do
I have to pay in Australian Dollars? |
Yes,
our server only accepts payments in Australian Dollars. However, when the
amount is charged to your credit card account it will be automatically converted
to your local currency by the card provider. We do not have access to the
exact exchange rate each card provider uses at the time, however you can
use our currency
converter as a guide. |
| Why
is the Australian price higher than the International price? |
In
Australia we have a consumption tax called GST. It is 10% of the selling
price of the item. We do not have to charge this for overseas customers. |
| The
shopping cart is not working, what could be wrong? |
The
shopping cart requires that 'cookies' are enabled. This way it can keep
track of the items you add to your cart. Cookies are enabled in your browser
by default, but you will need to check if they are enabled. |
| Why
do I have to enter my details every time I place an order? |
We
do not store your credit card information. We use the information you provide
to complete each order. We do it this way for security reasons so that you
can place an order with us regardless of the computer you use. |
| How
do you use my personal information? |
We only
use your personal information in 2 ways. To process your order and ship
your goods and secondly to inform you of new releases or other announcements
from time to time. We do not share your personal information with outside
parties at any time. |
| What
if I don't want to receive any announcements from you any more? |
Should
you not want to receive any information from us in the future, simply reply
to our email with "Unsubscribe" in the subject of the email and
we will take you off our e-mailing list. |
| What
is a cookie? |
A cookie is a computer
file which stores information during an online session. For example you
could use a cookie to store a person's name so that when they come back
to the site the page can say 'Hello, Mary'. This is what is called a persistent
cookie as it is not deleted after the session is ended.
|
| Do
you use cookies? |
Yes, but
we don't use them to store your personal details. We only use temporary
cookies to keep track of the items in your shopping cart while you are shopping.
You can also go and look at other sites while you are shopping with us and
the 'cookie' will remember what is in your shopping cart when you come back
to complete your order. Once you close your browser the 'cookie' is destroyed.
We will not use the cookie for anything other than the uses mentioned here.
